DESCRIPTION:Help care for Newton Conservators' pocket park on Dexter Rd nea
 r NNHS.  Our new plantings there are doing very well\, but are being shad
 ed and suffocated by a variety of aggressive and invasive plants.  We wil
 l cut back Norway maple sprouts\, remove invasive honeysuckle and burning 
 bush\, cut back the pokeweed (native\, but growing way too aggressively)\,
  and water and tend our mini habitat.  The slope is steep so wear sturdy 
 shoes\; or you can work at the street level. Wear long pants and garden g
 loves.  Bring pruners and loppers if you have them (we have some extras).

 um of 10 people due to the terrain.
