DESCRIPTION:It’s time to celebrate at Crystal Lake’s Levingston Cove. 
  Join the Newton Parks\, Recreation &amp\; Culture Department on Wednesday
 \, Nov. 15 at 3:00 p.m. for the ribbon-cutting of the beautiful new level 
 walking pathways\, the universally accessible new fishing platform and sea
 ting areas\, major storm-water management improvements and lots of new nat
 ive plants.  Gather at Levingston Cove at Crystal Lake\, Lake Avenue\, Ne
 wton Highlands.   Come a little early to hear some musical entertainment
  from the City Hall Strummers\, Newton's own ukulele ensemble\, perform a 
 few numbers.  The weather should be nice and parking is available on near
