 wton\, and it'd exciting to give them a platform during Family FunFEST to 
 SHINE .\n\nPublic Art Project SHINE - Congratulations to the selected stud
 ent artists who will be painting mural boards to be on display in our park
 s and playgrounds this summer!\n\nThere will be musical performances\, the
 ater\, food\, rides\, and more at this great outdoor event at the City Hal
