A non-profit citizens' group advocating for Newton's open spaces
Participants will meet near the turnaround at the end of the left side of the Beacon Street parking
area. This is an easy walk on fat woodland trails. We will look for resident birds as well as spring
migrants. The latter may include warblers, thrushes and vireos. We saw a Philadelphia Vireo on
this walk two years ago. Beginners and children are welcome.
