As part of the Northland Newton development in Newton Upper Falls, the developer has built a community park adjacent to the Upper Falls Greenway. The park, managed by the Newton Department of Parks, Recreation, and Culture, includes a splash park. Plans for the park can be viewed on the city website.
A groundbreaking ceremony for the splash park was held on November 7, 2024. The splash park opened in June 2025.
