Places to go . . .

Are you looking for something to do with your kids? Being out in nature, sharing open space with all the plants and animals that live there, can help to entertain the whole family.

Just keep at least six feet apart from anyone else that you encounter in the woods–and please wear a mask for the times that you encounter others.

Do you want help deciding the best place to go? Visit the list of open spaces in Newton on this website.

Do you want an idea for an activity for your kids while you’re there? Check out the BirdSleuth Explorers Guidebook from the Cornell Lab of Ornithology.

The Conservators’ board and walk leaders cannot wait until we can return to organized walks together.

In the meantime, enjoy your walks!
